Responsibilities

• Daily capturing of customer receipts
• Management of Debtor book
• Approvals within mandate (credit notes and sales orders)
• Prepare stock lists
• Manage inventory and stock control functions
• Daily incoming and outgoing stock control
• Regularly oversee inventory reports to manage stock levels

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or NQF4
• 4 years' experience working in a similar role
• Experience in the agriculture industry will serve as recommendation
• Numerate
• Computer literate especially in MS Word and MS Excel
• Thorough, precise and accurate
